Haryana TET HTET 2023 Notification : Eligibility Details
All individuals who possess minimum educational qualifications etc. as delineated in the service rules relating to the teachers of all the three levels (available on the website of the School Education Department, Haryana (www.schooleducationharyana.
(1) who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V (Primary Teacher) and fulfills the minimum qualification.
(2) who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII (TGT – Trained Graduate Teacher) and fulfills the minimum qualification.
(3) who intends to be a PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) and fulfills the minimum qualification.
HTET Level I Class 1-5 PRT Teacher
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent qualification) with minimum 50% marks along with Passed or appearing in the final year of 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education by a recognised university or equivalent.
OR. - Senior secondary (or its equivalent) with 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education by a recognised university or equivalent.
OR. - Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks along with Passed or Appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
OR. - Senior secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks along with Passed or Appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
OR. - Graduation and Passed or Appearing in Final year Diploma in Elementary Education.
HTET (Level II) TGT Teacher Class 6 to 8
- Bachelor Degree in Any Stream with 50% Marks and 2 Year Diploma in Elementary Education OR
- Bachelor Degree with 50% Marks and B.Ed / Special B.Ed Degree OR
- 10+2 with 50% Marks and 4 Year BA B.Ed / B.Com B.Ed Degree.

- Master Degree in Concerned Subject with 50% Marks and  B.Ed Degree.
