Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. It oversees a network of central government schools known as Kendriya Vidyalayas (KV) that are spread across various parts of the country and even some in foreign locations. KVS plays a crucial role in providing quality education to the children of transferable central government employees, including the armed forces.
