Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) has released the official notification for the recruitment of teachers (TGT, PGT, PRT) in Army Public Schools across India through the Online Screening Test (OST) 2025. Candidates aspiring to build a teaching career in Army Public Schools must go through the important instructions, eligibility criteria, exam dates, and application process given below.

AWES Selection Process
The selection process consists of three main stages:
Online Screening Test (OST) – Conducted centrally.
Interview – Announced by individual Army Public Schools.
Evaluation of Teaching Skills and Computer Proficiency – Including essay and comprehension tests (for language teachers).
✅ Score card from OST will be valid for life and carry weightage during interviews.

English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Computer Science, Physical Education.
For PRT:
General (All Subjects), Physical Education.
