AWES Selection Process
The selection process consists of three main stages:
Online Screening Test (OST) – Conducted centrally.
Interview – Announced by individual Army Public Schools.
Evaluation of Teaching Skills and Computer Proficiency – Including essay and comprehension tests (for language teachers).
✅ Score card from OST will be valid for life and carry weightage during interviews.
