MP TET Primary Level Eligibility Criteria :- Educational Qualification

• Higher Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and a two-year diploma in elementary education or its equivalent
 
• Higher Secondary or its equivalent with at least 45% marks and two years diploma in Elementary Pedagogy as per National Council of Teacher Education (Recognition, Standards and Procedures) Exchange, 2002
 
• Higher Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and a four-year bachelor’s degree (B.El.D.) in Elementary Education
 
• Higher Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and a two-year diploma in Shiksha Shastra (Special Education)
 
• Graduation Degree and a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education or its equivalent

Educational Qualification for Primary Sports, Music and Dance Teacher

Primary Sport Teacher:- Higher Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks or Diploma in Physical Education (B.P.Ed./B.P.E)
 
Primary Music Teacher :- Higher Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks, and Diploma in Musical Instruments or B.Muse/ M.Muse/ Vid/ Covid/ Ratna or equivalent with B.Muse
 
Primary Dance Teacher :- Higher Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks, and Diploma in Dance or B.Muse Dance/ M.Muse Dance/ Vid in Dance/ Covid/ Ratna or equivalent with B.Muse Dance
 

Age Limit for MPTET Primary Teacher

• The minimum age of the candidate for application should be 21 years
 
• The age limit for General category Male candidates is 40 and for females is 45. For reserve categories like the Ex-serviceman category, SC/ST, and PWD the upper age limit is 45 years.
 

Qualifying Criteria MPTET Primary Teacher

The exam score for General Category Candidates must be 60% and for the reserved categories it would be 50% for qualigying for MPTET .

Candidates belonging to the following reserved categories shall be given a 10% relaxation in the minimum qualifying marks given above:

• Scheduled Castes (SC)
• Scheduled Tribes (ST)
• Other Backward Classes (OBC), and
• Physically Disabled Persons

MP TET Middle School Eligibility Criteria :- Educational Qualification

To be eligible for the MP TET Varg-2 exam, candidates must choose a specific subject from the provided list. The MP Employee Selection Board outlines the following educational qualifications in its official rulebook for subject teachers:

• A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject, accompanied by a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or an equivalent qualification).
• Graduation in the concerned subject with a minimum of 50% marks and a one-year B.Ed.
• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 45% marks, along with a B.Ed.
• Minimum 50% marks in Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) along with a 4-year B.El.Ed. (Bachelor in Elementary Education).
• Achieving at least 50% marks in Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with a 4-year Bachelor’s degree (B.A.B.Ed./B.Sc.B.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.).
• Graduation in the concerned subject with a minimum of 50% marks and a one-year B.Ed. (special education).

Sports Teacher : Graduation in Physical Education (B.P.Ed./B.P.E)
or its equivalent with 50% aggregate marks.
 
Music Teacher : Higher Secondary Examination with at least 50% marks and B.Muse/M.Muse/Vid/Covid/Ratna or equivalent with B.Muse.
 
Note: Candidates belonging to reserved categories, including Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and disabled individuals, are eligible for a relaxation of up to 5 percent in the qualifying marks for their educational qualifications.
